摘　　要：五四宪法肯定了中国共产党的历史贡献及其在中国政治生活中的地位,确立了人民民主的政治目标和制度体系,也实际地表达了依法治国的美好愿望。今天,中国政治体系和政治发展中的基本要素都源自五四宪法,五四宪法奠定了中国民主政治模式的基础和总体框架。Constitution of 1954 affirmed the historical contributions of the Chinese Communist Party and its position in Chinese political life,established people＇s democratic political objectives and institutional system,and expressed the good wishes of the rule by law.Today,the basic elements of the Chinese political system and political development derive from the Constitution of 1954.It forms the basis and the overall framework for the model of democratic politics of China.
