中国荷斯坦牛泌乳时期与部分乳成分的相关分析

摘  要:随机选择泌乳早期、中期和后期的中国荷斯坦头胎奶牛96头,对其奶样进行分析。结果表明,泌乳早期和泌乳中期的乳脂率差异显著(P<0.05),泌乳后期和泌乳早期、泌乳中期的乳脂率差异不显著(P>0.05);各个泌乳时期的乳蛋白率和体细胞数差异均不显著(P>0.05)。Random selected early lactation period Holstein cows of one-child 13, mid-lactation period 46, late lactation period 37, their milk samples for analysis. The results of milk samples for analysis: average milk fat rate of early lactation period was 3.8377%, mid-lactation period, 3.4461%, late lactation period ,3.5973%, milk fat rate of early lactation period and mid-lactation period was significandy (P 〈 0.05), milk fat rate of late lactation period and early lactation period, mid-lactation period was no significant differences (P 〉 0.05); the average milk protein rate was 3.0300%, 3.0228%, 3.1327% respectively, milk protein rate during lactation periods was no significant differences (P 〉 0.05); the average number of somatic cell was 141.3462 million / mL,69.5891 million / mL, 85.8351 million / mL respectively, somatic cell count during lactation periods was no significant differences (P 〉 0.05).
