我国SFDI产业内溢出效应机制及其实证效果研究——基于跨省面板数据的随机前沿分析

摘　　要：本文旨在探索性研究我国现阶段的服务业外商直接投资(SFDI)产业内溢出效应的机制与效果。在我国2001～2007年分省数据的基础上,本文首先对我国服务业利用FDI的现状和特征进行研究;其次,在借鉴制造业FDI溢出效应测度原理的基础上,从技术效率这一视角实证分析了我国SFDI利用等因素的影响。实证估计结果表明,一方面,我国服务业技术效率具有严重的区域不平衡性,东部地区显著高于中西部地区。另一方面,现阶段我国SFDI对技术效率的影响呈现出显著的倒U形曲线。The target of this paper is to study the mechanism of service FDI＇s intraindustry spillover in Chinese service industry and then make an empirical analysis. Based on the crossprovince panel data of the year of 2001 to 2007, the author firstly analyzes the Chinese SFDI＇s status and characteristics. Secondly, based on the principles of measuring FDI＇s spillover, the author makes an empirical analysis on Chinese service industry＇s technical efficiency from SFDI and other factors. The estimates not only find that the inverse U - shape effect between technical efficiency of service industry and SFDI, but also find average technical efficiency of the central and western region is very lower than eastern coastal regions.
