摘 要:介绍和分析了当前常见回转式空气预热密封技术,提出用刷式密封技术解决空预器漏风率偏大的问题。为了使刷式密封技术应用于空预器的设想变为工程实际,实验研究空预器刷式密封技术的泄漏特性,用ANSYS软件模拟计算分析刷式密封的使用寿命。实验表明,刷式密封的泄漏特性与空预器压差、刷丝束的厚度和空预热器原光滑密封间隙密切相关。密封刷使用寿命计算分析表明,刷丝长度、直径、倾斜角对寿命影响很大。在国电某发电厂成功应用刷式密封技术解决空预器漏风率偏大的问题,改造后漏风率下降为原来的一半,为刷式密封技术在回转式空气预热器上的应用提供了一定的依据。The common sealing technology of rotary air preheater was introduced and analyzed. The brush seal technology was presented to solve air leakage rating problem of the rotary air preheater. For the application of the brush seal technology in air preheater, brush seal leakage characteristic of the rotary air preheater was researched based on experiments. The service life of brush seal was calculated and analyzed with ANSYS software. Experiments show that the brush seal leakage is closely related to air preheater differential pressure, the thickness of brush and the original smooth seal clearance of the air preheater. Sealing brush life calculation shows that the service life is closely related to brush wire length, diameter and tilt angle. The brush seal technology solved air leakage rating problem of the rotary air preheater successfully in a power plant of Guodian Group. After the reconstruction, the leakage rate dropped to half of the previous, which provides the basis for the brush seal technology applying to the rotary air preheater.
