摘  要:超超临界火电机组大都采用滑压运行,汽机调门的节流很小,电网快速变化的负荷需求与机组较小的蓄热之间的矛盾越来越突出。为了提高超超临界机组在汽机调门节流很小甚至调门全开、无锅炉蓄热可利用的工况下的机组负荷响应能力,设计了一套全新的基于凝结水调负荷的节能型机组协调控制系统,该新型控制系统有效利用了机组凝结水/回热系统中的蓄能,并与锅炉燃烧率的控制合理结合,在经过一系列的试验和优化后,该技术在外高桥三厂得到成功应用。Now most uhra-supereritieal unit is adopting sliding-pressure mode, the turbine governor throttling is very small, so the contradiction between the grid demand for rapid load response and small stored energy of unit is more and more striking. In order to improve the load response capacity in the condition of the governor being nearly full open and no boiler storage using, a new energy-saving coordinating control system based on condensate throttling was designed, which was effectively using the storage of unit condensate system and was rationally combining with the control strategy of the boiler firing-rate. After series of experiment and optimization, the new control technology is successfully applied in Shanghai Waigaoqiao No.3 power plant.
