摘  要:利用天然气为能源的楼宇式热(冷)电联产系统对缓解我国能源结构单一、环境污染严重等问题大有裨益。以北京某办公大楼作为目标建筑物,通过对联产系统和分产系统的分析比较,说明联产系统高效的原因在于能源的梯级利用,尤其是对低品质热能的有效利用程度将成为决定目标建筑物能量系统采取热(冷)电联产系统是否节能的关键。并提出以"产品分级等价法"建立成本方程,进而计算了联产系统产品的成本,结果表明:当天燃气价格低于电价的3.2倍时,采用联产系统的年度化费用低于分产系统,反之亦然。Due to its environmental friendly characteristics, natural gas has been used in Building Combined Heating & Power System (BCHPS) which has another virtue-energy saving. Exergy analysis were carried out separately for an office building in Beijing adopting BCHP system and the same building adopting independent electric refrigeration & heating system. The result indicates that the high efficiency of BCHP systems is due to the cascade use of energy, especially, effective utilization of low-quality thermal energy. Moreover, a exergy-cost equation was established according to the method "all productive exergy at the same step share the same cost" for BCHP systems. And the result indicates that annual-cost for BCHPS is lower than that of independent electric refrigeration & heating system when the price of natural gas is lower than 3.2 times of that of electricity.
