摘  要:环氧树脂经扩链改性后,采用丙烯酰胺为交联性功能单体,甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯为硬单体、丙烯酸丁酯为软单体,与环氧树脂接枝共聚,制备阴极电泳涂料用丙烯酸改性环氧树脂。漆膜耐水、耐酸、耐碱、耐冲击性好,膜厚19μm,附着力1级,硬度3H。单因素实验确定接枝反应的较佳条件为丙烯酰胺的用量为4.0%,引发剂过氧化苯甲酰的加入量为0.15%,接枝温度为115℃。An acrylic modified epoxy resin used for cathodic electrophoretic coating was prepared by use of chain- extended modified epoxy resin as binder backone and grafted with acrylamide as erosslinkable monomer, methyl methacrylate and styrene as hard monomer, and butyl acrylate as soft monomer. The film has the properties of good water, acid and alkali resistance and impact resistance. The Thickness, adhesion and hardness of the film was 19μm, grade 1 and 3H respectively. The optimum conditions of grafting reaction was determined by single factor experiments. The results showed that the amount of benzoperoxide and acrylamide were 0. 15% ,4. 0% , respectively at 115 ℃.
