摘 要:目的:建立巫山淫羊藿药材的特征图谱测定方法,为科学控制与有效评价该药材质量提供新方法。方法:采用HPLC-UV法测定特征图谱,色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax XDB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(梯度洗脱);检测波长270nm;柱温为25℃。结果:建立巫山淫羊藿HPLC-UV特征图谱共有模式,并对不同产地药材进行了测定和相似度评价。结论:采用HPLC-UV法制定巫山淫羊藿药材特征图谱,得到较好分离,方法重复性好,可用于巫山淫羊藿药材的质量评价。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC-UV-fingerprint analysis method for identification and quality control of Epimedium wushanense T. S. Ying. METHODS The HPLC-UV analysis method was applied on a Agilent Zorbax XDB-C18 column(4. 6 mm×250 mm, 5um) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and water solution in gradient mode. The detection wavelength was set at a 270 nm and the column temperature was kept at 25 ℃. RESULTS The mutual mode of HPLC- UV fingerprints was set up and the similarity to the drugs of different producing areas were compared. CONCLUSION All components in the spectrum were separated well and the HPLC-UV fingerprint method is repeatable. The method can he used in quality assessment of Epimedium wushanense.
