摘 要:目的:建立火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定不同产地土牛膝中铜的含量。方法:土牛膝采用湿法消解后用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定。结果:标样中铜的浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),检出限为0.0018mg·L-1,RSD为0.05%~5.0%,加标回收率为101%-105%,结论:本方法简单易行,方便快捷,灵敏度和精密度高,选择性好。OBJECTIVE To establish the method to determine copper in Achyranthes aspera L from different habitats by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. METHODS The Achyranthes aspera L digested by wet digestion and determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometer. RESULTS The concentration of copper was linear with the absorbancy, with a related coefficient of 0. 999 9 and the detection limit of this method was 0. 001 8 mg. L -1. The relative standard deviation was 0. 05% - 5. 0% (n = 10). The recoveries were in the range of 101 % - 105%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and sensitire and the results are therefore satisfactory.
