摘 要:目的:研究肾阳虚型遗尿大鼠血清抗利尿激素(AVP)的含量变化,以及遗尿方对它的调节作用。方法:建立肾阳虚遗尿大鼠模型,用遗尿方进行治疗,运用酶联免疫吸附技术测定大鼠血清AVP的含量。结果:模型组血清AVP浓度显著低于正常组(P<0.05),尿量明显增多,持续3周左右;治疗组血清AVP浓度较模型组升高,且在治疗结束时尿量及血清AVP浓度与正常组比较无明显差异。结论:遗尿方具有升高血清AVP浓度,减少尿量,治疗遗尿的作用。OBJECTIVE To study the changes of serum levels of AVP and the regulatory effects of Yiniao Fang in enuresis model rats. METHODS The enuresis rat model was established and treated with Yiniao Fang, the enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure the serum levels of AVP in rats. RESULTS The level of serum AVP concentration in model group was significantly lower than that in control group (P〈0. 05), and the urine volume in model group increased significantly, which continued to about 3 weeks. In the treatment group compared with the model group, the serum AVP concentration increased; and at the end of treatment, the urine volume and the serum AVP concentration which compared with normal group showed no significant difference. CONCLUSION Yiniao Fang can elevate serum AVP concentration, reducing urine output, it possesses anti-enuresis effect.
