摘 要:实验以正辛硫醇及2-氯乙醇为主要原料,乙醇为溶剂,均相条件下合成避虫醇(2-羟乙基正辛基硫醚),并用红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱等对产物的结构进行了表征。探讨了氢氧化钠及乙醇用量、反应时间、反应温度、2-氯乙醇与正辛硫醇摩尔比等因素对反应的影响。实验结果表明,其较佳合成条件(以0.1 mol正辛硫醇计)为:n(2-氯乙醇)∶n(正辛硫醇)=1.2∶1,氢氧化钠4.8 g,乙醇40.0 mL,温度52℃,反应时间2 h。在该条件下,2-羟乙基正辛基硫醚的平均收率为95.2%。2-Hydroxyethyl n-octyl sulfide has been synthesized by the reaction of 1-octanethiol and 2- chloroethanol under homogeneous conditions using ethanol as solvent. The structure of the product is confirmed by IR, 1H NMR spectra, etc. Effects of the amount of sodium hydroxide and volume of ethanol, reaction time, reaction temperature, molar ratio of 2-chloroethanol to 1-octanethiolon on the reaction have been studied. The optimum conditions are found as follows: n(C1CH2-CH2OH) : n(n- C8H17SH)=1.2 :1, 4.8 g sodium hydroxide and 40.0 mL ethanol (based on 0.1 mol n-CsH17SH), reaction temperature 52℃, reaction time 2 h. Under these conditions, the average yield of 2- hydroxyethyl n-octyl sulfide is about 95.2 %.
