摘 要:研究了甲烷作为氢源与四氯化碳的耦合反应。考察了Cu/SiO2、Pt/SiO2和Pt-Cu/SiO2催化剂对四氯化碳脱氯与甲烷氯化耦合反应的催化性能,以及Pt/Cu摩尔比对反应的影响。结果表明:Cu/SiO2催化剂对四氯化碳脱氯反应活性较高,其初始转化率为14.6%,而对甲烷氯化反应活性较低,转化率为1.7%;Pt/SiO2催化剂对甲烷氯化反应有较高活性,初始转化率5.37%,而对四氯化碳脱氯活性较低,转化率为13.4%;1%Pt-2%Cu/SiO2双金属催化剂对四氯化碳脱氯与甲烷氯化耦合反应表现出较高的活性和稳定性,四氯乙烯选择性接近100%。The attractive way to eliminate CC14 is to convert it into valuable intermediate product in organic synthesis through catalytic hydrodechlorination. Hydrogen is used to react with CCl4 in conditional way, in which a large amount of H2 is needed. Instead of H2, methane is economical in hydro- dechlorination of CC14. The coupling reactions between dechlorination of carbon tetrachloride to tetra chloroethylene and chorination of methane over Cu/SiO2, Pt/SiO2 and Pt-Cu/SiO2 catalysts were studied. The effect of the molar ratios of Pt/Cu on the catalytic performance of the coupling reactions was investigated . It was shown that Cu/SiO2 exhibited high activity for the dechlorination of carbon tetrachloride, but low activity for the chorination of methane. However, Pt/SiO2 exhibited high activity for the chorination of methane, but low activity for the dechlorination of carbon tetrachloride. The bimetallic catalyst, 1%Pt-2%Cu/SiO2, exhibited high activity and stability for the coupling reactions with selectivity toward C2Cl4 up to about 100%.
