摘 要:目的:观察昆藻调脂胶囊对代谢综合征(MS)胰岛素抵抗及C反应蛋白的影响,探讨昆藻调脂胶囊对MS的治疗作用。方法:将65例MS患者作为观察组,采用昆藻调脂胶囊治疗12周,35例年龄、性别相匹配的体检健康者作为对照组,观察2组血压[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]、体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(P2hBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血清超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)以及胰岛素抵抗指数HOMA-IR水平的变化。结果:观察组治疗后BMI、SBP、DBP、FBG、P2hBG、TG、TC、LDL-C、Hs-CRP、HOMA-IR、FINS均高于对照组,HDL-C低于对照组,差异均有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。观察组治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C、FINS、HOMA-IR显著降低,HDL-C显著升高,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);Hs-CRP显著降低,与治疗前比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);BMI、FBG、P2hBG、SBP、DBP虽有降低,但与治疗前比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:昆藻调脂胶囊对MS患者临床特征的改善主要表现为降脂作用,其也有轻度降低血糖的作用,同时可使胰岛素抵抗程度及Hs-CRP水平降低。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Kunzao Tiaozhi Capsules (KTC) for metabolism syndrome(MS) by observing insulin resistance and C-reactive protein level. Methods: Sixty-five MS patients were treated with KTC for 12 weeks, and 35 healthy volunteers served as the control. The changes of blood pressure (SBP,DBP), body mass index (BMI), fasting blood glucose (FBG), postprandial 2-hour blood glucose (P2hBG), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), serum supersensitivity C-reactive protein (HS-CRP) and homeostasis model of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) were observed. Results: After treatment, BMI, systolic BP, diastolic BP, FBG, P2hBG, TG, TC, LDL-C, FINS,HS-CRP and HOMA-IR in the treatment group were higher, and HDL-C was lower than those in the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). TG, TC, LDL-C, FINS and HOMA-IR were decreased, and HDL-C was increased in the treatment group after treatment group (P<0.05 compared with those before treatment). Meanwhile, Hs-CRP was also decreased (P<0.01). BMI, FBG, PP2hBG, systolic BP and diastolic DBP were decreased in the treatment group, but the differences were insignificant(P>0.05 compared with those before treatment). Conclusion: The therapeutic mechanism of KTC for MS is mainly related with the decrease of blood lipid, mild decrease of blood glucose, and the lowering of HOMA-IR and serum HS-CRP.
