白虎汤加减灌肠对内毒素血症家兔内毒素清除作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察白虎汤加减灌肠对内毒素血症家兔内毒素清除的影响。方法:采用内毒素静脉注射的方法制作内毒素血症动物模型,造模成功后测定内毒素的含量,先测定标准曲线,再计算内毒素值,观察各实验组对内毒素清除的情况。结果:白虎汤对内毒素血症家兔血中的内毒素有强大的清除作用,无论是腹腔注射还是灌肠,都能在退热的同时,有效地降低家兔静脉血中的内毒素含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:白虎汤加减灌肠能够有效地治疗内毒素血症。Objective:To observe the effect of enema with Modified White Tiger Decoction on clearing the endotoxin in endotoxemia rabbits. Methods: Endotoxemia rabbit models were established by venous injection of endotoxin. The level of endotoxin was calculated according to the standard curve, and the effect of enema with Modified White Tiger Decoction on clearing the endotoxin was evaluated. Results: Enema with Modified White Tiger Decoction showed a potent effect on clearing the endotoxin in endotoxemia rabbits. Modified White Tiger Decoction in both peripheral injection and enema decreased serum endotoxin level in endotoxemia rabbits when the fever was subsided (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: Enema with Modified White Tiger Decoction shows certain therapeutic effect for endotoxemia.
