摘 要:LED的供电电源除了要求高效率、高功率因数,还必须具有高功率密度。作为储能电容的电解电容通常体积较大,影响了电源功率密度的进一步提高。因此,为了提高电源的功率密度,必须减小电源中的储能电容,从而减小电源的体积。本文分析了输入功率因数、输入功率脉动与所需要的储能电容容值的关系,提出在变换器的输入电流中注入三次谐波的方法,在满足输入功率因数不低于0.9、输出电压纹波不变的条件下将储能电容容值减小为原来的65.6%,体积减小了近20%,并在一台60W Boost PFC变换器的原理样机上进行验证,最后给出实验结果。The power supply for LED requires high power density in addition to high efficiency and high power factor.The size of electrolytic capacitor used as storage capacitor is usually large,which hampers the improvement on the power density.In order to improve the power density,it is necessary to reduce storage capacitance and then reduce the size of the power supply.In this paper the relationship among the input power factor,input power and storage capacitance is analyzed.The proposed method of injecting 3rd harmonic into the input current can reduce the storage capacitance to 65.6%,and reduce 20% volume of the storage capacitor,while the input power factor is not less than 0.9 and the output voltage ripples remain the same.A prototype of a 60W Boost PFC converter has been built and the experimental results are presented.
