摘 要:建立了环己烷萃取、硅胶固相萃取柱净化和中心切割二维气相色谱法测定卷烟主流烟气粒相物中硝基苯的方法,并采用该法测定了6种卷烟样品主流烟气中的硝基苯释放量。结果表明:①中心切割技术有效提高了色谱的分离能力,使得痕量硝基苯可以从复杂的烟气基质中分离出来,分离效果明显优于一维色谱;②方法的检测限为1.28 ng/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)6.82%,回收率87.6%;③6种卷烟主流烟气中硝基苯的释放量为0.091~1.66 ng支/。A method for determining the nitrobenzene in mainstream cigarette smoke by extraction with cyclohexane,cleanup with silica solid phase extraction cartridge,and separation by GC with the heart-cutting two-dimensional columns was developed.The deliveries of nitrobenzene in mainstream smoke of six cigarette samples were tested with the developed method,the results showed that: 1) the separating capacity of chromatography was effectively improved by heart-cutting technique,it allowed the trace nitrobenzene be separated from the complex cigarette smoke matrix,and the separating efficiency was obviously better than that of GC with single-dimensional column;2) the recovery of nitrobenzene was 87.6% with relative standard deviation(RSD) of 6.82% and detection limit of 1.28 ng/mL;3) the deliveries of nitrobenzene in mainstream smoke of the test samples ranged from 0.091 to 1.66 ng/cig.
