阿魏酸钠治疗慢性心功能不全的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察阿魏酸钠治疗慢性心功能不全的临床效果。方法:64例慢性心功能不全患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用阿魏酸钠治疗2个疗程;对照组在常规处理基础上加用维生素C治疗2个疗程,观察两组患者心功能不全症状缓解情况以及左室功能改善情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组有效率为87.5%、对照组有效率为65.6%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组左室EF值为61%、对照组左室EF值为50%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:慢性心脏功能不全患者在常规治疗基础上加用阿魏酸钠可进一步改善心脏功能。Objective：To observe sodium ferulate treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency in clinical efficacy.Methods：64 patients were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group and the control group;treatment group was on the basis of conventional therapy plus treatment with two courses of sodium ferulate,the control group was on the basis of conventional treatment plus drops of Vitamin C 2 courses of treatment.To observate two groups of patients with cardiac insufficiency symptom relief as well as left ventricular function improve the situation.Results：The total effective rate 84% in the control group,67.3%,（P0.05）,left ventricular EF after treatment two groups were 61% and 50%,（P0.05）.Conclusions：Patients with chronic heart failure on the basis of conventional therapy added sodium ferulate could be further improved cardiac function.
