摘  要:介绍了新型螺旋斜板一体化净水设备的工艺流程,并对该设备的创新部分——螺旋斜板进行详细分析。螺旋斜板的引入使设备的沉淀空间利用率达到100%,不但提高了沉淀效率,减少了占地面积,还节省了投资。生产性试验的运行结果表明:新型螺旋斜板一体化净水设备具有絮凝效果好、抗冲击负荷能力强、处理效率高、运行稳定等特点。在进水流量为240m^3/d,浊度、CODMn及UV254分别为(40.7~203NTU)、(0.98~2.98mg/L)、(0.018~0.064cm^-1)的条件下,出水浊度、CODMn及UV254分别为(0.32~1.46NTU)、(0.72~1.48mg/L)、(0.011—0.039cm^-1),满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)的要求。The technological process of a new integrated water purification equipment with spiral lamella is introduced, and the innovative part, namely the spiral lamella is analyzed. Space utilization of the spiral lamella design shape is 100%, thereby increasing sedimentation efficiency, reducing the occupied area and saving investment cost. The results of full-scale experimental operation show that the integrated water purification equipment with spiral lamella has significant advantages of good flocculation effects, strong shock resistance, high treatment efficiencies and stable operation. Under the condition of flow rate 240 m3/d, when turbidity, CODM. and UV254 in the influent are 40.7 to 203 NTU, 0.98 to 2.98 mg/L and 0. 018 to 0. 064 cm^-1 respectively, their respective effluent values are 0.32 to 1.46 NTU, 0.72 to 1.48 mg/L and 0.011 to 0. 039 cm^-1 , meeting the Standards for Drinking Water Quality ( GB 5749 - 2006 ).
