摘　　要：针对目前北京市雨水利用设施建后管理的现状,通过政府管理、市场管理和社区管理的对比分析,对三大类不同的雨水利用设施提出三种不同的管理模式:市政和大型雨水利用设施由当地市政和水务部门进行管理;社会单位(学校、公园、机关等)的雨水利用设施由这些单位的物业或后勤部门自行进行管理;小区雨水利用设施采用社区管理模式。同时,提出雨水利用设施建后的运行费用补贴方案:财政资金补贴和防洪费返还。The article introduces the management situation after building rainwater utilization facilities in Beijing. According to-analysis of the government management, marketing management and community management, three management modes for three rainwater facilities are provided： municipal and large facilities can be managed by the local municipal and water sector; facilities in schools, parks and institutions can be managed by their own property and logistics sector; the third one is the community management mode. Two suggestions on the running cost are provided： government funds and proportion of flood fee.
