摘　　要：制定科学合理的政策法规是欠发达地区农村发展循环经济的重要措施,包括建立欠发达地区实际情况的发展循环经济的法规体系、建立比较好的循环经济的技术支撑体系、生态农业的投入、完善和强化对生态农业的扶持政策、资源循环型农业的激励机制和保障体系。To implement developing circular economy in the less developed regions, formulating scientific and reasonable policies and regulations is an important measure. Including the establishment of the development of circular economy system of laws and regulations of the actual situation in less developed areas, the establishment of circular economy better technical support system, ecological agriculture, and improve and strengthen the support of ecological agriculture noliev, resource recycling-type of agriculture incentives and protection system.
