对我国农村公共物品“供给困境”的思考——以甘肃某茶叶专业化村为例

摘　　要：我国农村公共物品供给一直存在供给总量不足与供给结构不合理并存的问题,这种现象被称为我国农村公共物品的"供给困境"。文章以甘肃省某村为例,对我国农村公共物品"供给困境"的现状和成因进行理论分析,并提出对策建议,以期能为破解我国农村公共物品"供给困境"提供参考。Ever since a long time our country＇s rural public goods supply always meets a dilemma that even though rural public goods is insufficient in gross, whilst its composition is still inappropriate, now this phenomenon is being called the dilemma of our country＇s rural public goods supply. This article takes a village in Gansu province as example analysis the current situation and the causes of rural public goods supply dilemma theoretically, and finally puts forward some countermeasures to solve the dilemma, and we hoping these advises can be benefit to the solve of the dilemma of our country＇s rural public goods supply.
