摘　　要：我国农业科技总体与发达国家的明显差距是由农业科研投入不足、农业科研成果转化机制不健全、农业科研体制不合理、农民生产技能需要提高等因素共同造成的。为此,要采取增加农业科研投资、完善农业科研体制、增加农业科技储备、健全农业技术推广体系。The apparent gap of agricultural science and technology between China and developed countries is because of many factors, such as inadequate input from agricultural scientific research, imperfect conversion mechanism of agricultural scientific research＇s results, unreasonable mechanism of agricultural scientific research, and limited capacity of farmers and so on. To this end, in order to promote agricultural science and technology development, we should increase investment in agricultural scientific research, improve the agricultural scientific research mechanism, increase the reserves of agricultural science and technology, improve the popularization system of agricultural technology and strengthen rural vocational education.
