征地补偿研究述评

摘　　要：随着我国社会经济快速发展和城市化的加速推进,征地补偿问题将日益突出,因此迫切需要完善我国征地补偿机制。文章在对国内外征地补偿研究进行梳理的基础上,对比发现国内外学者在研究方向、研究特点等方面存在很大的差异,研究水平和已取得成果也存在较大差距。我们应借鉴国外已有的经验和成果,结合我国特有的国情、土地管理及权属制度,建立适合我国国情的征地制度的农民损失补偿体系。Along with China＇s rapid economic development and urbanization, the land compensation issue will become prominent. So, there is an urgent need to improve the land acquisition compensation system in China. In this paper, based on the comparison study of relevant research at home and abroad, found that there is a big difference between the research direction, features and other aspects of domestic and foreign scholars. At the same time there has been a wide gap between research level and results. Combined with China＇s unique national conditions, land management and ownership systems, we should learn from overseas experiences and achievements, and establish compensation system for farmers.
