摘 要:为解决现有的方法普遍存在的建模过程复杂,模型修改和维护困难等缺点,本文开发了图形化原油混输调度系统。该系统在解决了基于事件树的建模和求解算法的基础上,使原油混输调度模型与可视、直观的图形界面实现相互映射。在图形化界面上绘制原油混输调度的流程图,通过流程图上功能键的操作,可快速获得最优调度方案。调度结果可直接在界面上以数字形式显示,也可以通过甘特图、文本文件及实时动态模拟显示出来。模型的修改和维护都比较简单,实例表明,该系统可以简单快捷的对原油混输调度问题进行建模和求解。A graphic I/O crude oil scheduling system(GIOCOSS) was developed in this paper for solving the disadvantages in the present methods, such as complexity in modeling, difficult in model amendment and maintenance, etc. Based on adopting the event-tree based modeling and optimizing approach, the system realized the mutual mapping between crude oil scheduling model and visible graphic interface. By drawing crude oil scheduling flow sheet with graphic configuration and imputing related data, the proposed modeling system could automatically generate the optimization model and get the optimal scheduling scheme by applying the corresponding functions in the system. The optimal solution could be obtained via several forms, such as directly output the numerical results on the graphic interface, Gannt chart, text file and real-time simulation. The model generated by the system is easy to maintenance or modify. Numerical example shows the advantage of the system in modeling and solving of the crude oil scheduling problem.
