摘　　要：QDII机制的推行是我国与国际资本市场接轨的一个过渡环节。QDII机制是一柄双刃剑。我们在积极利用QDII有利影响的同时务必要加强QDII可能给我国带来的负面影响的防范,并想方设法减轻QDII对我国金融业的不利影响。QDII mechanism＇s carrying out is our country and an international capital market trail connection transition link.The QDII mechanism is a handle double-edged sword.We while are using the QDII advantageous influence positively,must strengthen QDII by all means must possibly the negative influence guard which brings to our country,and does everything possible to reduce QDII to our country financial industry adverse effect.
