区域收入分配的异化与社会协调发展

摘　　要：我国区域收入差距的扩大,体现了国家分配制度的异化。直接导致社会不稳定因素增加,造成无序盲流人口过多,市场秩序混乱。直接引发教育、医疗卫生、基本生活保障制度等不公平问题的发生,而某些权力部门和个人利益的膨胀又直接推动和助长分配秩序的异化。缩小差距,保持区域经济的协调发展,构建和谐社会已成为迫在眉睫的任务。通过对我国区域性收入分配的现状、原因、因素等问题的分析探讨,提出了一些政策性建议,为和谐社会的构建打下较为坚实的制度基础是非常有意义的。China＇s regional income gap,reflecting the state of alienation of the distribution system.A direct result of increased social instability,resulting in too much disorder blind population,the market disorder.Directly lead to education,health care,the basic livelihood guarantee system unfairness problems,and some power sector and the expansion of personal interest to promote and encourage and direct the distribution of the order of alienation.Narrow the gap to maintain the coordination of regional economic development,building a harmonious society has become an urgent task.Of China＇s regional income distribution,status,reason,factor analysis of such issues,made a number of policy recommendations for building a harmonious society and lay the basis for a more solid system is a very meaningful.
