摘　　要：2009年12月12日,国务院正式批复《鄱阳湖生态经济区规划》,将建设鄱阳湖生态经济区上升为国家战略。九江地处鄱阳湖经济生态区内,在鄱阳湖经济生态区的背景下,九江出口加工区发展如何探索一条符合生态与经济协调发展的策略,是值得我们探讨的命题。December 12,2009,the State Council officially approved ＂Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone Planning＂,eco-economic area of Poyang Lake will be built up as a national strategy.Economic and ecological zone is located in Jiujiang,Poyang Lake,in the Poyang Lake against the backdrop of economic and ecological zones,export processing zone in Jiujiang how to explore the ecology and economy in line with a coordinated development strategy is worth exploring proposition.
