摘　　要：回顾了平衡计分卡理论的产生与发展过程,介绍了平衡计分卡的核心内容及其应用,论述了平衡计分卡在高校图书馆绩效评估中的创新应用,并构建了一个科学的高校图书馆绩效评估体系。This paper reviews the generation and development history of the theory of balanced score card, introduces the core contents of balanced score card and its application, discusses the innovation application of balanced score card in university library’s performance appraisal, and establishes a scientific appraisal system of university library.
