摘　　要：阐述了地方性高校图书馆加强特色馆藏建设的重要性及意义,指出在进行地方特色文献数据库建设中,要注重数据源的收集、整理和鉴定,著录标引要规范、标准、科学,高校图书馆要为地方特色数据库的建设在人员、技术、设备上提供切实保障。This paper expounds the importance and significance of strengthening the construction of characteristic literature of local university library, and points out that in the construction of local characteristic literature database, the collection, arrangement and identification of data sources should be emphasized, the describing and indexing should be done in normal, standard and scientific way, and university library should provide the realistic guarantee for local characteristic database from aspects of personnel, technology and equipment.
