摘　　要：阐述了图书馆人文精神的内涵,分析了数字图书馆环境下人文精神缺失的表现,提出了数字图书馆环境下人文精神建设的对策。This paper expounds the connotation of humanistic spirit of library, analyzes the manifestations of the shortage of humanistic spirit under the environment of digital library, and puts forward some countermeasures for constructing humanistic spirit under the environment of digital library.
