摘　　要：结合通辽地区高校图书馆及公共图书馆文献信息服务工作的实际,阐明了地校联建区域性图书馆信息服务保障体系的重要性,分析了地校联建区域性图书馆信息服务保障体系过程中存在的难点问题,探讨了解决区域性图书馆信息服务保障体系建设问题的途径。Connecting with the practice of literature information service of public library and local university library in Tongliao City,this paper expounds the importance of regional library information service guarantee system constructed by local library and university library,analyzes the difficulties existing in the process of the construction of regional library information service guarantee system,and probes into some paths for solving the problem of the construction of regional information service guarantee system.
