摘　　要：跨国公司向中国DVD企业收取专利使用费的案例全面暴露了跨国公司专利收费的常用方式、策略及其对行业发展产生的不利影响。文章在研究中国DVD产业发展历程、DVD行业收费标准的基础上,分析了跨国公司对中国DVD企业收费的概况、方式和策略,归纳了其收费的特征和凸现的问题,并对中国企业提出了有益的建议。This case that TNCs charging DVD manufacturers in China for the royalty fully ex- poses TNCs＇ commonly used methods and tactics of charging patent licensing fee, and reflects its adverse effect on the industry of developing countries. Based on analyzing development stages of Chinese DVD industry and standard royalty rates of 6c, 3c and other licensers in the DVD indus- try, this paper studies the general situation, methods and characteristics that TNCs charging for licenses in China, points out the issues and puts forward some ideas to Chinese enterprises.
