祛风痛胶囊质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的:建立祛风痛胶囊的质控方法。方法:采用TLC色谱法对祛风痛胶囊中的芍药、当归、黄芪进行定性鉴别;用HPLC法测定芍药苷的含量。结果:TLC色谱能检出黄芪甲苷、芍药苷、阿魏酸,芍药苷在0.4～2.0μg范围内呈线性关系,平均回收率为98.24%,RSD为0.55%。结论:所建立的方法对各组成药材,可快速地定性,准确地定量检测。Objective ： To establist the quality control method of the qufengtong capsules. Method： The method of TCL was used to indentify the paeonia, Milkvetch Root, Chinese Angelica of the capsules, HPLC was used to determine the content of paeoniflorin. Resuit： The soprts in TLC were clear. The linear range of peoniflorin was 0. 4-2. 0 txg （r =0. 999 9） ,the average recovery was 98. 24%, RSD was 0. 55%. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate,it can used for the quality control of qufengtong capsules.
