摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定追风透骨片中芍药苷含量。方法:色谱柱:迪马C_(18)色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长230 nm。结果:芍药苷在0.09～0.87μg之间线性关系良好,r=0.999 7,回收率为100.0%,RSD为0.97%(n=6)。结论:方法简单,准确,可作为追风透骨片的质量控制。Objective ： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in zhuifeng tougu tablets. Method ： The Diamonsil C18 column （200 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） was used with the acetonitrile43. 1% phosphoric acid solution （ 15：85 ） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 ,the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Result： The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0. 0943. 87 μg, （ r = 0. 999 7 ） , the average recovery was 100.0%, RSD was 0. 97% （ n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate, It can be used for quality control of zhuifeng tougu tablets.
