摘　　要：目的:建立复方川贝母片中贝母素甲的含量测定方法。方法:用Agilent-ODS C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,流动相为乙腈-水-二乙胺(70:30:0.3);ELSD漂移管温度70℃;氮气流速2.0L·min^(-1);柱温35℃。结果:贝母素甲与相邻峰得到很好分离,进样量在0.165～0.990μg时线性关系良好(r=0.999 2);平均加样回收率为98.52%(RSD=2.56%)。结论:本法结果准确,便于操作,可作为复方川贝母片的质量控制方法之一。Objective： To establish the method of determining peimine in compound fritillaria tablets. Method： HPLC-ELSD was used to determine peimine in compound fritillaria tablets. The chromatographic analysis were carried on Agilent-ODS C18（250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm） column, The mobile phase was acetonitrile- water -diethylamine （70： 30： 0. 3 ） at 35 ~C. Drift tube temperature was 70 ＇12, gas flow rate was 2. 0 L. min-1. Result： Peimine were separated well. The calibration curves was linear within the ranges of 0. 165- 0. 990 μg （r =0. 999 2） . The average recovery was 98. 52% （RSD =2. 56% ）. Conclusion： The method is simple and rapid,and is suitable for quality control of compound fritillaria tablets.
