摘　　要：目的:观察雷米普利联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年人早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:52例早期糖尿病肾病老年患者随机分成两组,对照组单用厄贝沙坦,治疗组联用雷米普利,共12周。比较两组治疗前后24 h尿微量白蛋白、内生肌酐清除率、血钾及血压的变化。结果:治疗组24h尿微量白蛋白较对照组显著下降(P<0.01)。两组内生肌酐清除率及血钾无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:雷米普利和厄贝沙坦联用,可有效减少早期糖尿病肾病老年患者尿白蛋白排出。Objective： To observe the effects of combined therapy of irbesartan and ramipril in early period diabetic nephropathy of elderly patients. Method： Fifty two patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group took irbesartan, the treatment group combined ramipril for 12 weeks. Urinary microalbumin of 24 h（ UMA）, endogenous creatinine clearance rate （Ccr）, the blood pressure （BP） and kalemia were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment. Result： The treatment group＇ s decrease in UMA was more significant than that the other group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no obvious changes of Ccr and kalemia in 2 groups（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Combined therapy of irbesartan and ramipril can reduce urinary protein excretion obviously in the treatment of early period diabetic nephropathy.
