摘  要:企业安全生产敏感于安全策划与投入等初始条件与控制参数的非线性特征。分析了安全生产非线性演化的混沌机理及发展趋势,对其在电力建设施工企业中的实际应用进行了探讨,得到了电力建设施工企业安全生产混沌控制的途径。建议电力建设施工企业管理者应充分认识到企业安全系统的演化是其无序发散因素与有序耗散因素互相竞争的过程与结果,树立动态系统观,以混沌的可驾驭性、可操作性为基础充分发挥人的主观能动性,才能控制和利用混沌,获得电建工程安全文明施工长周期发展的综合效益。Safety production of enterprises is more sensitive than the nonlinear features of such initial conditions and controlling factors as safety planning and input. The paper analyzes the chaos mechanism and development tendency of non-linear evolution of safety productions, discusses its application in electric power construction enterprises, and proposes the ways to realize the chaos control of safety production of electric power construction enterprises. The evolution of enterprise' s safety system results from competition of disordered divergence factors and disordered dissipative factors. The enterprise administrators should have a view of dynamic system and give full play to the employee' s subjective initiative based on the maneuverability of chaos. Only by doing so, can the enterprises control and use chaos to achieve the comprehensive benefits of power engineering construction.
