麦草乙酸法制浆及乙酸浆抄纸性能的研究

摘　　要：探讨麦草乙酸法制浆的工艺条件,研究乙酸浆的抄纸性能。重点讨论蒸煮时间及催化剂用量对蒸煮效果的影响,以及催化剂用量对麦草原浆及打浆后抄纸性能的影响。由此得出的最佳工艺条件为:预处理时间为1h,液比1:10,蒸煮时间3h,硫酸用量为3.0%(对绝干麦草)。The process condition of acetosolv pulping of wheat straw was discussed in this paper.Also,the properties of paper from acetosolv pulp were studied.Effect of the dosage of sulphuric acid and cooking time were focused on.Effect of the dosage of catalyst on the properties of paper prepared from pulp before and after beating was studied.The optimal condition was as follows：pretreatment 1h;liquor to wood 1：10;cooking time 3h;H2SO4 3.0%.
