摘  要:研究AKD施胶剂对杨木APMP浆的施胶性能,对比PA、PAE、PEI和醋酸盐壳聚糖对AKD施胶的促进效果,同时考察助留体系对施胶效果的影响。结果表明:醋酸盐壳聚糖对AKD施胶促进效果优越,其用量为胶乳的0.2%时,纸页施胶度提高了140%;AKD施胶剂在二元助留体系的施胶效果优于单元助留体系,CPAM和膨润土用量分别为0.03%和0.4%时,纸页的单程留着率提高了8.3%,施胶度提高了197.6%。The main purpose of this paper was to discuss the application of AKD sizing agent in APMP paper sizing,the sizing promotion efficiency of PA,PAE and PEI had been compared.At the same time,the effects of retention system on AKD sizing were discussed too.The result showed that when dosage of acetate of chitosan was 0.2%(wt) to AKD emulsion,the sizing degree could increase 140% than other size-promoting agent.Sizing degree was higher in dual-retention system than single retention system.When the dosages of CPAM and bentonite were 0.03 % and 0.4 % to fiber,the first retention rate and sizing degree increased about 8.29% and 197.56% respectively.
