摘　　要：本文以PCL-818L数据采集卡为核心,利用光电传感器和旋转编码器,设计了板材长宽在线检测系统。通过硬件电路实现了8位数字量共用数据总线,解决了数据输入资源紧张的问题。本系统可有效控制和监测人造板产品的质量,满足人造板生产企业发展的需要。This paper design a online width-length testing system for the timber, which is based on PCL-818L data acquisition card. The photoelectric sensor and photoelectric encoder are used in the system. Achieved 8-bit digital data shared bus through the hardware circuit, and solve the data resources problem of lack. It can measures and controls the quality of the wood-based panel effectively, and meets the requirement of development of the wood-based panel production enterprises.
