摘  要:为了解决在工业生产中遇到的现场检测信息的采集、处理和同步等问题,提出了实现过程分析仪器CAN总线网络通信的方法。根据项目的设计要求,制定了适用的CAN应用层协议,编写了各个节点的通信程序,在试验中取得了良好的效果。分析仪器的网络化能够满足多组分分析仪器在分析周期、仪器成本等方面的要求,减少分析仪器对DCS端口的占用。A way was proposed to realise the communication of CAN network used on process analytical instruments. It could be used to solve problems such as the synchronization,acquisition and processing of the data from the site. According to the requirement,the article established an appropriate application-layer protocol for CAN, gave the code of each node and finally got ideal experimental results. And the test of the network has been attended with good results. The CAN bus network constituted in the subject could satisfy the demand of the multi-component analytical instrument on analysis period and cost. Furthermore, and the network of the analytical instruments could reduce the number of the ports in DCS.
