摘　　要：本文对于基于DSP网络电话终端的语音传输进行了研究,提出了网络电话通信系统总体设计方案。采用DSP(TMS320VC5402)和以太网接口电路(DM9000)设计了网络电话终端的硬件电路。采用UDP协议和MFC中的CSocket类设计了网络电话通信系统的通信软件,实现了语音信号的计算机网络传输。适用于企、事业单位的电话通信,能够节省安装电话的设备费、维修费和电话费。In this paper, we research of VOIP Transmission Terminal based on DSP, propose the design program of telephone communication system network. Utilize DSP （TMS320VC5402） and Ethernet interface circuit （DM9000） design the VoIP terminals hardware circuitry. Use the UDP protocol and CSocket Class of MFC design communication software of telephone communication system network, realize the computer network transmission of voice signal. Apply to enterprises and institutions of the telephone communication, be able to save the installation of telephone equipment and maintenance fees and telephone charges.
