摘  要:由于直接计数测频法只是简单地记下单位时间内信号的重复次数,其计数数值会有±1个计数误差。为提高精度,系统运用等精度频率测试技术,采用FPGA作为计数器,利用单片机来进行数据处理,将处理好的数据送到用8片LED组成的显示器中进行显示,解决了±1个误差的问题。基于FPGA与单片机混合系统,实现了测频过程的高精度、数字化、自动化和智能化,对被测频率信号可从低频到高频连续测量。整个系统结构简单、使用方便,具有较高的实用及推广价值。As the direct measurement of the frequency just records the times of the signal within unit time, due to the ±1 count error, the novel system applied the equal-precision method based on FPGA and microprocessor to eliminates ±1 count error successfully. The system consists of monolithic 8051 and main integrated circuit cores, and can provide measurement with high precision, digitization and autoimmunization as well as intellectualization, and can measure continuously frequency signal from high frequency to low frequency. The system is characterized with simple structure and easy application, and is valuable for application and generalization.
