济钢1号高炉液压开口机的改造

摘　　要：济钢1号1750m3高炉炉前通过对全液压开口机进行改造,对分体钻杆、弧形整体连接套、雾化水系统的深入研究,将炉前钻杆的消耗从1.4根/炉次降低到了0.45根/炉次、钻头消耗量从2.1个/炉次降低到了1.1个/炉次、打开铁口时间由原来的平均20min降低到了10min,极大地降低了炉前消耗、缩短了开铁口时间、减少了操作人员的劳动强度。Through the reconstruction of the hydraulic tapping machine of Ji Gang No.1 blast furnace,and the study of the separated drill pipe,cambered integrated connectiong piece and atomized water system,the consumption of drill pipes has been reduced from 1.4 units to 0.45 unit per heat,the consumption of drills has been reduced from 2.1 units to 1.1 units per heat,and the time of opening the tap hole has been reduced from 20 minutes to 10 minutes.Those improvements greatly reduce the consumption of blast furnace,shorten the time needed to open the tap hole and lower the labor intensity of operators.
