摘  要:采用浸入式水口浇注钢水过程中,尤其在浇铸铝镇静钢时,经常因Al2O3附着水口壁发生结瘤,甚至堵塞,不仅降低生产效率和水口的使用寿命,还会影响铸坯质量。从水口堵塞物的来源、微观结构、分布状况以及堵塞物的形成等方面,分析了浸入式水口的堵塞机理。介绍了国内外防止浸入式水口结瘤和堵塞的新技术。针对水口堵塞问题,提出优化水口结构、合理选用水口材质、提高钢水洁净度等改进措施。Submerged entry nozzle often incurs nodulation,even blockage,because of the attachment of alumina to the nozzle wall during the process of pouring molten steel,especially for the alumina-killed steel.It not only reduces the production efficiency and shortens the service life of the nozzle,but affects the quality of billets.This paper analyzes the clogging mechanism of the submerged entry nozzle from various aspects,such as the source,microstructure,distribution and formation of stemming.It also introduces new technologies of preventing submerged entry nozzle nodulation at home and abroad,and puts forward concreate measures to optimize nozzle structure,properly select nozzle material and improve the cleaness of steel.
