摘  要:船板表面麻坑缺陷严重损害船板的表面质量,是影响船板外观和后序生产过程的重要表面缺陷类别之一,长期以来一直困挠着钢厂和用户。通过对船板生产、用户的储存和使用进行跟踪走访,概括了麻坑缺陷的特征。根据船板储存和锈蚀状态,结合实验室分析和模拟实验结果,确定了船板表面麻坑缺陷系钢板堆垛存贮中板缝间长期存水,遭受缝隙腐蚀所致。结合船板生产、储运和应用的实际情况,提出了减轻缺陷问题的应对措施。The pit-like defect on the surface of heavy plates for shipbuilding (HPSB) damages the surface quality of the plates seriously and is one of the major types of surface defects that influence the appearance and subsequent application of the plates.That is a problem troubling steel plants and users for quite a long time.In this paper,characteristics of the pit-like defect on HPSB are summed up through the track and investigation of the production in steel plants,and the storage and application of users.In accordance to the general state of storage and rusting of HPSB and with the combination of laboratary analysis and simulation test results,it is determined that the pit-like defect occurs because of the crevice corrosion between two adjacent plates in the stack,which is caused by the retained water during long-term storage.With the current situations of production,storage and application of HPSB taken into consideration,countermeasures are proposed to deal with the problem.
