摘　　要：煤与瓦斯突出是一种突发性的、破坏性相当严重的矿山灾害。往往会导致伤亡惨重的恶性事故,严重威胁煤矿的安全生产。为了减少灾害的发生,针对煤与瓦斯突出防治技术进行研究。西马煤矿从1989年建矿至1999年虽采取了大直径超前钻孔、深孔预裂等局部防突措施,但仍发生突出202次,严重影响了矿井的正常生产,给安全生产带来巨大的隐患。从1998年开始,该矿采取了开采解放层的区域性防突措施,取得了良好的防突效果,从2000年至今未发生突出现象。本项研究通过阐述西马煤矿煤与瓦斯赋存状况及突出情况,讨论了煤与瓦斯的突出机理,以及肯定了"四位一体"综合防治措施在西马煤矿带来的显著效果。Coal and gas brust is a paroxysmal and destructive mine disaster. It will usually cause deadly serious accident,and threaten safety production of mine seriously. In order to reduce disasters, for coal and gas outburst in technology research.From 1989 to 1999, Xima mine adopt big hole and deep drilling local prevention measures,etc,but outstanding still produces 202 times, it affected the normal production of mine seriously, and now it is threatening greatly the security of safety production. Since 1998,the mine take regional outburst prevention measure of mining liberated seam, which obtain good effect,since 2000 blowout phenomenon don＇t happen. The study through coal and gas occurrence state and blowout case of Xima mine, discusses the mechanism of coal and gas outburst and sure the significant effect of＂Four-in-One＂comprehensive prevention and control measures.
