摘　　要：结合青岛卷烟厂CIMS(Computer Integration Manufacture System现代集成制造系统)工程的实施,以ISA-95质量管理模型为基础,建立企业质量管理系统。该系统的设计与建立,实现了与企业ERP(Enterprise Resource Plan企业资源计划)、MES(Manufacturing Execution System制造执行系统)、CAD(Computer Aided Design智能辅助设计系统)及底层自动化系统的完美集成,为高效地利用生产或实验质量数据,保证产品质量,提高产品一致性,全面提高企业质量管理水平提供了一套可行的方法和途径。Combined with the CIMS （Computer Integration Manufacture System） project of Qingdao Cigarette Factory , the Enterprise Quality Management System was Based on the ISA-95 Quality Manage model. The design and establishment of system achieved to the perfect integration of ERP（Enterprise Resource Plan）, MES（Manufacturing Execution System ）,CAD（Computer Aided Design ） and the bottom layer of automation system. The system supplied a feasible way and route to take efficiently use of the product or lab quality data, guarantee the production quality and enhance the production consistency to improve the quality management .level totally.
