摘　　要：目的探索柳州市HIV感染者/AIDS病人的随访管理模式。方法以柳州市区作为试点,对2007-2008年现存活的HIV感染者/AIDS病人,通过三级卫生网络进行医学随访和管理。结果 HIV感染者/AIDS病人的流调率从21.13%上升到91.90%;随访率从28.99%上升到52.23%,CD4+检测率从26.19%上升到40.64%。结论利用三级卫生网络管理HIV感染者/AIDS病人可以有效管理传染源,减少新发感染和二代病例的发生。Objective To explore the management on following-up of HIV infected population or AIDS in Liuzhou city.Method The HIV infected cases and AIDS surviving were followed-up and managed by three-level health service network from 2007 to 2008 a pilot project in Liuzhou.Results The epidemiological survey rate increased from 21.3% to 91.9%,and the follow-up rate rose from 28.99% to 52.23%,and the detection rate of CD4 ＋ was improved from 26.19% to 40.64%.Conclusions The three-level health service network could effectively manage the HIV infection resources,and decrease the cases of new infected or secondary generation.
