盈江县实施中缅边境地区疟疾联防项目效果分析

摘　　要：目的建立中缅双方疟疾联防工作机制,提高双边疟疾防治能力,有效控制中缅边境地区疟疾流行。方法跨国实施疟疾联防,调查境外疟疾流行现状,采取有效防控措施。结果中缅双方建立了疟疾防治协调机制,在缅方边境地区涂片检查发热病人231人,阳性95份,阳性率41.13%,确诊疟疾95例,其中恶性疟55例,间日疟32例,混合感染8例,对现症病人进行了规范治疗;居民带虫率调查439人,阳性43人,阳性率9.79%;媒介监测2户,捕获微小按蚊26只。结论疟疾联防提高了中缅双方疟疾防治技术和应急能力,证实境外疟疾流行态势严峻,联防是控制和减少境外疟疾疫情输入的重要措施。Objective Effectively control the prevalence of malaria at china-Myanmar frontier through setting up working mechanisms of both sides.Improving the capability of malaria prevention for bilateral.Method Carrying out malaria defensively.Surveying current prevalence situation of malaria.So we can take effective defensive measure.Results Diagnosis malaria infector of 95s in all 231 fever patients （Subertainmalarias of 55.vivaxmalarias of 32 and mixed infection of 8） through pap smears at Burma frontier area.Positive rate is 41.13%.Then we take normative treatment for all patients.We found positive infector of 43s in 439 investigating peoples who have infected malaria （9.79%）.Media monitoring 2 residents and capturing small mosquitoes for 26.Malaria defensive and coordination mechanism have been set up for both sides.Conclusions The current situation of malaria is prevalence overseas.Defensive technical and emergency ability for control malaria have been improved through both sides connection.We can found defensive is an important measure for control and reduce epidemic situation of malaria from overseas.
